Specifications

Wherever possible, ads should be supplied as electronic files by e-mail (max 5MB) or on CD or Zip 100. The following formats are acceptable, in order of preference: eps (fonts as outlines), pdf (compression at 300dpi), tif (300 dpi) or jpg (300dpi). We can also accept Quark Xpress files (please supply all fonts and linked graphics) and Word files (include fonts). We can accept both Mac and PC formats.

Advertisers should be forewarned that all changes in advertisements ordered as a series (for a run of two, three or more) is their sole responsibility. If any change is required, the new artwork must be e-mailed to the NL Editor before the copy date for articles and advertisements for the next issue of the NL.

Please note:

the same institution/individual may not have a banner-ad in two consecutive months. A booking of 6 months of banners will therefore run over 12 months, every second month
BESIG is unable to create the banners; banners need to be supplied by the institution/individual booking the banner space
