Sponsors and Exhibitors Form

Welcome to the form for sponsors and exhibitors at the 23rd IATEFL BESIG Conference to be held at VHS Bielefeld, Germany, 19 - 21 November 2010. Having listened to feedback from the exhibitors and participants from previous years we have decided to streamline the sponsorship and exhibition options as well as adding some new ideas into the mix for you to consider.
We ask you to read our exhibitors and sponsors guidelines before submitting your application.
Please note that the deadline for submissions with this form is 30 September 2010 and that all prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax. VAT will be added to the final invoice where applicable.

Sponsorship options

We again are offering a range of sponsorship opportunities and have placed them into categories so that it is clear what you are sponsoring and what you will receive in exchange for your generosity.
There are four levels of sponsorship: platinum, gold, silver and bronze.
Each sponsorship level offers its own unique opportunities to support the Business English community and to share your message with them.
Tick on the level of sponsorship you are interested in and then select what you would like to sponsor at the conference.

Platinum sponsorship
gives you the following:
  • Logo on lectern
  • Display logo on Power Point slide during welcome and announcements
  • Full page colour advertisement in conference program
  • Insert notebooks and pens OR a freebie with the company’s logo in delegate bags free of charge
  • Logo with link to company on the BESIG web site for 1 year (1 Sept. 2010 – 31 August 2011) in premium position on all pages – flash animation
  • Have one individual from your firm/organization invited as a guest to the event
cost: £2000


We are interested in sponsoring at the platinum level:
  Platinum options:
design and printing of the programme
Friday evening drinks and buffet at the reception
(with an exhibit table in the reception room)
equipment hire and technical support
Gold sponsorship
gives you the following:
  • Display logo on Power Point slide during welcome and announcements
  • Half-page color OR full-page b/w advertisement in conference programme
  • Have one individual from your firm/organization invited as a guest to the event
  • Logo with link to company on the BESIG web site for 1 year (1 Sept. 2010 – 31 August 2011) – flash animation on main pages excluding events page
cost: £1200


We are interested in sponsoring at the gold level:
  Gold options:
simulcast - equipment and virtual room hire
(sponsor will be acknowledged at beginning of each simulcast and logo will be in virtual room)
decorations and gifts for Friday night reception
coffee break on Saturday morning
(exclusive logo at all coffee points)
coffee break on Saturday afternoon
(exclusive logo at all coffee points)
coffee break on Sunday morning

(covering travel and accommodation)
Silver sponsorship
gives you the following:

  • Logo with link to company on the BESIG web site for 1 year on 2 pages of the sponsor’s choice except home page
  • Logo with link to company on the BESIG web site for 1 year (1 Sept. 2010 – 31 August 2011) – flash animation on events page only

(supplied by sponsor with company logo on the shirts)

Bronze sponsorship
gives you the following:

We are interested in sponsoring at the bronze level:
  Bronze options:
IATEFL BESIG info posters and direction signs at the venue
(company logo on all IATEFL BESIG info posters and signs)
Internet café - Sunday
(logo on screensaver and can promotional material in room)
schedules on the doors of the seminar rooms
(company logo on all door schedules)

Exhibitors options


This year we are endeavouring to have everyone in one hall which will have the coffee stand in the centre - ideal for exhibitors and delegates to mingle and browse. It is planned that the room will have wireless internet access that will be open to all exhibitors.
Further details will be sent to you nearer the time - though some important information is already available in the exhibitors and sponsors guidelines which we urge you to read first.
This year we are offering for the first time a commercial poster space for smaller exhibitors. This is aimed at smaller providers who want to be present but have limited personnel or cannot be there all the time. The idea is that for £50 you have a poster space where you can advertise but representatives do not have to be present.
In addition we are offering our customary deals on exhibition stands and advertising opportunites for you. Remember if you want to ask a question about the options please do not hesitate to use the contact form at the bottom of the page.
